How Long does it take to get my order? Most orders are generally completed and shipped within 5 business days. Large orders of 100 products or more will be quoted. (Timeline almost never exceeds 2 weeks)

Will I get a tracking number? Yes, you will receive a tracking number. It will be sent to the email used when purchasing.

Are there any setup fees? NO there are no digitization, setup, or multiple color fees.

Do we screen print? No, we use a commercial grade DTF printing machine which allows us to put photo quality images onto almost any fabric. This also allows for any amount of colors to be used on a single garment.

What is DTF? No, no it’s not what you think! Direct to Film is a relatively new method of printing an image to film then transferring it onto fabric.

What is sublimination? it is another method of putting an image on fabric but this is when the ink soaks directly into the fabric and you do not feel the image. The drawback is that it can only be used on certain fabrics.
